This Chaos beast, a bloated slug-like abomination of flesh and filth, never fights alone. Twisted Plagueling minions constantly scurry around to serve his every disgusting whim, while nearby lie captured Battle Sisters — chained to his throne, broken in will, living trophies of desecration.

And while the galaxy chokes on pestilence and despair, he calmly smokes his rotten hookah, exhaling poisonous clouds straight into the soul of reality. No one knows what festers in that pipe — perhaps the essence of the warp itself.
